4.1 The Services shall be supplied to you via: our website https://app.movensee.com and PIXEM Camera available from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
4.2 We do not guarantee that our Services, or any content on them, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our Services is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our Services without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our Services are unavailable at any time or for any period.

The “PIXEM Camera” uses the various APIs of social networks for streaming (YouTube, Facebook, Twitch). For the proper functioning of the application and the broadcast functionality, we collect the following informations: user’s name, user’s ID and user’s access token. The app uses this data to request YouTube, Facebook or Twitch stream APIs in order to prepare, configure and launch automated live broadcasts on your social media accounts. The data requested is only used for the proper functioning of the"PIXEM Camera".
The “PIXEM Camera” only displays the user's name or his associated pages as a reminder, likely to maintain privacy and security. User’s ID and user’s token are never displayed in "PIXEM Camera".
Personal information is not stored, send or released anywhere outside the "PIXEM Camera" session.
The personal information collected from Facebook, YouTube and Twitch is automatically deleted 1) at the end of the "PIXEM Camera" session, 2) when you log out from the concerned social network within the "PIXEM Camera" or 3) when you remove the "PIXEM Camera" from your device. Since your data is not stored or shared outside the application, you do not have any further action to perform to fully delete your personal data.
